With the exception of phobias and weight loss groups, all conditions are treated in the same way. Following an initial consultation I shall send you an MP3 to listen to. Subsequent sessions look at the way the brain works, are focussed on your goals and include trance work. All sessions can be carried out remotely via Zoom. Weekly sessions are recommended for at least 3 weeks. Hypnotherapy works quickly when the client is fully committed and on average, it takes between 8 and 12 sessions for clients to reach their goal.
